The role focuses on preparing consistent drawing packages across multiple locations while adapting corridor-wide standards to site-specific conditions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>structural documentation<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>and support the<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>federated BIM output<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Develop<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>structural 3D models<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>and<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>2D discipline design files<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>for stops and TPSS facilities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>foundation plans, framing plans, sections, details, schedules, and excavation drawings<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>across stops.<\/li>\n<li>Produce<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>external equipment foundation plans, cross-sections, steel framing sections and elevations, general notes, and typical details<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>across sites.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>federated 3D model<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>for both scopes.<\/li>\n<li>Run<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>clash detection<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>and prepare<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>clash detection reports<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>at each project milestone.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>asset data handover schema<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>in coordination with<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>S06 Digital Delivery<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Extract<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>quantities from the model<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>to support<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>Class 3, Class 2, and Class 1 estimates<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Degree or diploma<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>5 years of experience<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>in<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>structural modelling and documentation<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>for infrastructure or building projects.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>Revit structural modelling, detailing, and sheet production<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>Navisworks<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>for clash detection.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>Metrolinx BIM standards<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience producing<span>&nbsp;<\/span><em>coordinated drawing sets<\/em><span>&nbsp;<\/span>across multiple repeat locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">SYSTRA Canada is committed to having a diverse and inclusive workforce.
