With over 10,300 colleagues globally and around 1000 in the UK &amp; Ireland we are growing significantly and seeking out the very best talent to join the SYSTRA signature team and be part of leading the way in infrastructure design.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Context<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: &#039;Arial Nova&#039;,sans-serif;color: black\">We currently have opportunities for Graduate Engineers to join our engineering teams in either our York, London, Birmingham or Manchester offices from <strong>September\/ October 2026.<\/strong> These roles within our MEP engineering team will suit a committed and ambitious Engineer who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to play their part in a dynamic high-performance team.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 36.0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: &#039;Arial Nova&#039;,sans-serif;color: black\">Ensuring designs are completed to meet CRE\/Lead Engineers requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 36.0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: &#039;Arial Nova&#039;,sans-serif;color: black\">Ensuring designs are completed to the timescales agreed with the CRE\/Lead Engineer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 36.0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: &#039;Arial Nova&#039;,sans-serif;color: black\">Planning the allocated design works to meet the agreed timescales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 36.0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: &#039;Arial Nova&#039;,sans-serif;color: black\">Identify changes to the projects client requirements and raise the changes with the CRE\/Lead Engineer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 36.0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: &#039;Arial Nova&#039;,sans-serif;color: black\">Mechanical\/ Electrical Engineering degree<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 36.0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: &#039;Arial Nova&#039;,sans-serif;color: black\">Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 36.0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: &#039;Arial Nova&#039;,sans-serif;color: black\">A self-motivated team player able to work with minimal supervision.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 36.0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: &#039;Arial Nova&#039;,sans-serif;color: black\">Able to build and maintain good relationships with engineers from other internal discipline teams to promote good inter-discipline working relationships and a &ldquo;One Team&rdquo; ethos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0cm 36.0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;font-family: &#039;Arial Nova&#039;,sans-serif;color: black\">This role requires a good understanding of CSM\/CDM regulations and requirements.
