Chief Expert in performing tasks that shall include but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Assist in preparation of detailed integrated schedule for the entire Scope aligning with the Project schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in review and monitor the work plans and schedules of various stakeholders and ensure consistency with the overall schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in managing overall procurement life cycle till closure of contract.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in ensuring proper risk analysis, and recommending risk mitigation measures.<\/li>\n<li>Assistance in entire Contract administration, including dispute resolution, contract terminations, contract renegotiation, exit strategies, establishing standard procedures &amp; tools etc.<\/li>\n<li>Assessment of project long term financial statements and preparation, submission and disbursement of claims to multi-lateral funding institution(if applicable).<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of cost breakdown structure, creation of baseline project cost (under its scope), budget and cashflow schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Establishing procedures for any changes in the project criteria\/scope.<\/li>\n<li>Assistance in legal matters.<\/li>\n<li>Any other roles and responsibilities required to be performed to complete the project and assigned by PD and Client(NHSRCL).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\"><strong>Min. Qualification:<\/strong> Graduate in field of finance<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\"><strong>Experience: <\/strong>07 years of experience in contract management during construction phase in Railbased Transit System project(s)* funded by Bilateral\/Multilateral Development Banks\/Agencies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">* Rail-based Transit System project(s) shall mean High-Speed Railways \/ Semi High-Speed Railways \/ Metro Railways projects as defined below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High-Speed Railways projects (ETCS based) with operational speed equal or greater than 250 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Semi High-Speed Railways including Urban\/Suburban\/ Intercity\/ Regional Passenger Transit Systems, projects with operational speed equal to or greater than 160 Kmph shall only be considered for evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Metro Railways excluding LRT\/Tram\/Monorail Systems, projects shall only be considered for evaluation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p align=\"justify\">We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
