We assess all relevant issues right from the start of project development, including current and future travel requirements, urban planning, economic and social development, and environmental protection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 12pt;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;color: #000000\">SYSTRA has completed 17,000+ Square kilometer of Statutory Master Planning and 15+ City Development Plans (CDPs).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 9pt\">We are seeking applications for the position of Traffic expert in various cities across India.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px;text-align: justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Lead and undertake traffic and transportation studies for the Urban Water Metro Project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Assess existing travel patterns, commuter behavior, transportation demand, and modal share within the project influence area.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Conduct and review traffic surveys, passenger demand surveys, origin-destination studies, and mobility assessments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Develop traffic and passenger demand forecasts for short-term, medium-term, and long-term planning horizons.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Evaluate the potential ridership and operational requirements of proposed Water Metro routes and services.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Analyze multimodal integration opportunities with metro rail, bus systems, railways, non-motorized transport, and other urban mobility modes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Prepare transportation models and simulation studies to support route optimization and service planning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Identify suitable terminal locations, interchange facilities, and access connectivity requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Assess peak-hour demand, service frequencies, fleet requirements, and passenger handling capacities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Support preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and mobility plans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Coordinate with urban planning agencies, transport authorities, consultants, and project stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations related to traffic management, ridership projections, and operational planning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ensure compliance with applicable standards, guidelines, and best practices in urban transportation planning.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px;text-align: justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px;text-align: justify\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;color: #000000;font-size: 9pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 9pt\">Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;color: #000000;font-size: 9pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 9pt\">Master&rsquo;s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD), or equivalent qualification in Transportation Planning, Traffic Engineering, Urban Planning, Transport Economics, Infrastructure Planning, Logistics, or a related field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;color: #000000;font-size: 9pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 9pt\">Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience in traffic and transportation planning, demand assessment, mobility studies, and infrastructure planning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 9pt\">Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in conducting traffic and transportation studies for infrastructure projects, preferably in Urban Water Transport, Water Metro, Inland Water Transport (IWT), Ports, Harbors, Ferry Services, Mass Transit Systems, Metro Rail, or Multimodal Transport Projects<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
