With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Context<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;font-family: &#039;Aptos&#039;,sans-serif\">The Tender &amp; Proposals Manager reports to the <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Business Development Senior Manager and Managing Director, Philippines.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Coordinates with Business Development Manager actions with proposals activities to: <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in\">\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">to improve SYSTRA Philippines Inc. market positioning<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">to develop the opportunities against which to submit proposals, judging pricing, manpower, area of activity, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">to ensure planned profitability of SYSTRA Philippines Inc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Engages with clients on each opportunity to ensure thorough understanding of their current and future needs and requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Takes ownership of the bidding process end to end for identified opportunities and bids ensuring all contractual and technical conditions are understood by:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in\">\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Adhering fully to group Bid preparation process and internal validation forum<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Reviewing bid documents to recommend go\/no go decisions in line with our business strategy to maximize the probability of success<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Ensuring bid risk identification process at the early stage of the opportunity<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Engaging with legal team to ensure all contractual, legal and insurance issues are considered<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Interpreting requirements from clients and lead response, which includes the coordination of resources from other departments and potentially other SYSTRA entities <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Developing winning proposals in line with the approved bid programme and budget, with the assistance from technical experts of the entity as needed <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Estimating costs of services to prepare proposals financials<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Organizing intermediate proposal progress review and finalizing proposals ahead of submission deadline to ensure final review is achievable<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Capitalizing and organizing all bids production on the dedicated company&rsquo;s SharePoint<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Once project is won, ensures handover of winning proposal to team in charge of project delivery through formalized meeting.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Must have:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in\">\n<li style=\"margin-left: 0in\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">Bachelor or Master&rsquo;s degree in relevant field (Engineering, MBA, Project Planning, Project Management).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 0in\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt\">8 to 15 years of experience in preparation of commercial and technical proposals in the field of engineering.
