SYSTRA has completed 17,000+ Square kilometer of Statutory Master Planning and 15+ City Development Plans (CDPs).<\/span><\/p>\n

We are seeking applications for the position of Team Leader for development of Employment Zones.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n
\n
 <\/div>\n<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Lead the project team in planning, execution, and monitoring of Employment Zone initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Coordinate activities among consultants, contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Lead the preparation, review, and finalization of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conduct feasibility studies, demand assessment, market analysis, and technical evaluation.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Oversee planning and development of industrial, urban, and infrastructure projects within the Employment Zone.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Review engineering designs, infrastructure layouts, utility plans, and development proposals.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Supervise and mentor project professionals, planners, engineers, and consultants.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n
    \n
      \n
    • Post-Graduation in Engineering, Management, Planning, Infrastructure Development, Finance, or a related discipline; OR Chartered Accountant (CA); OR Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA); OR Master of Business Administration (MBA).<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Minimum 10 years of total professional experience<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience<\/strong> in one or more of the following areas:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • \n
          \n
        • DPR Preparation<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Project Planning and Development<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Project Management<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Infrastructure Development<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Industrial Development Projects<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Urban Development Projects<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Real Estate Development Projects<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Experience with Government Projects, SPVs, Urban Development Authorities, Industrial Development Corporations, or PPP Projects.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Familiarity with statutory approvals, project financing, and infrastructure planning.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Experience in investment facilitation, industrial promotion, and employment generation initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
