With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Context<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\"><span data-subtree=\"aimfl,mfl\" data-copy-service-computed-style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 400; margin: 0px; text-decoration: none; border-bottom: 0px rgb(10, 10, 10);\">A lead electrical engineer&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<p><p>Supervise site electrical installation works for Section 1 of the high-speed railway project.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Monitor contractor performance, progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved documents.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Review electrical drawings, technical submissions, material approvals, and method statements.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate interfaces between electrical systems and other railway and infrastructure disciplines.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Support inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ensure compliance with project quality standards, specifications, and HSE requirements.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prepare site reports, progress updates, non-conformance observations, and technical correspondence.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Attend coordination meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Contribute to schedule tracking and support mitigation actions for delays or site constraints.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<p><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in&nbsp;<em>Electrical Engineering<\/em>&nbsp;or a related discipline.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>8-10 years<\/em>&nbsp;of relevant professional experience in electrical site engineering.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Proven experience in <em>railway<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>metro<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>high-speed rail<\/em>, or major infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Experience with electrical systems such as power supply, substations, cable routing, earthing and bonding, lighting, low-voltage systems, and interface coordination is highly desirable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Strong knowledge of construction supervision, inspection, testing, and commissioning processes.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p align=\"justify\">Systra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Workplace Type<\/h2>\n<p>On-site<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SYSTRA is one of the world&#8217;s leading engineering and consultancy groups specialising in public transport and sustainable mobility.
