Since then, SYSTRA has been involved in more than 80% of metro projects in India in all major Indian cities &ndash; Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Nagpur, Kochi and Hyderabad.<\/p>\n<p>The collective team competence built up in&nbsp;the two decades in the metro business renders us capable of delivering&nbsp;innovative, reliable, cost-competitive Project Management solutions adhering to the highest&nbsp;standards of safety and quality.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure implementation of HSE policies, procedures and statutory requirements at Surat Metro project site<\/li>\n<li>Conduct daily site safety inspections and report unsafe acts\/conditions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain safety records, incident reports, toolbox talk records, training records, PPE issuance register<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Metro Rail safety guidelines, MoHUA norms, and client requirements<\/li>\n<li>Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions and safety training for workers, staff and subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Promote safety culture and awareness across the site<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with project team for timely closure of safety observations<\/li>\n<li>Check usage of PPEs and safety of tools, equipment, scaffolding, electrical installations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure barricading, signage, and traffic management as per site plan<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with client, PMC, and project team on all safety matters<\/li>\n<li>Participate in safety meetings and audits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\"><span>Graduate in any discipline preferably with Advance Diploma in Industrial&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"markxwvx1hzna\" data-markjs=\"true\" data-ogac=\"\" data-ogab=\"\" data-ogsc=\"\" data-ogsb=\"\">Safety<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p align=\"justify\">We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
