They organize production and are accountable for technical progress, schedule and cost compliance, and the quality of deliverables.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 7.5pt\">Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Project Technical Coordinator will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin: 6.0pt 0cm 2.0pt 14.2pt\">Coordinate related activities with stakeholders (SYSTRA internal teams, subcontractors).<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 6.0pt 0cm 2.0pt 14.2pt\">Ensure compliance with and control of commitments (scope, schedule, costs).<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 6.0pt 0cm 2.0pt 14.2pt\">Develop, update, and distribute procedures and production templates related to activities.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 6.0pt 0cm 2.0pt 14.2pt\">Ensure effective communication of information to production teams.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 6.0pt 0cm 2.0pt 14.2pt\">Monitor the production of technical deliverables and support coordination of teams in addressing client comments.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 6.0pt 0cm 2.0pt 14.2pt\">Ensure technical deliverables comply with contractual requirements and applicable standards.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 6.0pt 0cm 2.0pt 14.2pt\">Monitor interfaces and overall coherence of the production.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 6.0pt 0cm 2.0pt 14.2pt\">Organize and lead technical production progress meetings.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 6.0pt 0cm 2.0pt 14.2pt\">Participate in follow<span style=\"font-family: &#039;Cambria Math&#039;,serif\">\u2011<\/span>up and coordination meetings with the Manager and produce minutes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 6.0pt 0cm 2.0pt 14.2pt\">Provide regular progress reporting on the production of technical deliverables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin-top: 8.0pt\"><strong>Education:<\/strong> Degree in computer, electrical, systems engineering, or a related field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 8.0pt\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\"><strong>Years of experience:<\/strong> 5 to 10 years in a similar role in technical project coordination.
