The position of Structural Design Engineer is the key position in these BIDs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Review structural design drawings, calculations, and contractor&rsquo;s submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.<\/li>\n<li><span>Provide design support and technical solutions for bridges, culverts, retaining structures, and other structural components during construction<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Check structural details, temporary works, and proposed design modifications for safety, adequacy, and constructability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Coordinate with the supervision team and contractor to resolve structural design issues arising at site<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Review shop drawings, method statements, and material specifications related to structural works<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Assist in the evaluation of variations, claims, and design changes affecting structural components<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/She should have degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute, with Master Degree in Structural engineering<\/li>\n<li>He\/She should have minimum 15 years professional experience out of which at least 10 years in structural design and construction.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She shall have a minimum 8 years experience in developing countries and a minimum of 5 years experience in similar nature of projects.<\/li>\n<li>He\/ She shall have knowledge of latest codes, circulars and guidelines of MORTH\/IRC\/AASHTO\/TRL\/BIS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
