We are looking for General Manager\/ Sr Manager FPA – IBT for our Faridabad location.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\nContext<\/h2>\n\n- Candidate should have experience in BU wise P&L analysis, Budgeting, forecasting, Variance analysis, month end revenue and cost provisions.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Deep dive analysis of Project level profitability and work on action plans for improvement<\/span><\/li>\n
- Need to have good understanding of business operating levers and how they impact financials<\/span><\/li>\n
- Conducting monthly and quarterly business performance reviews<\/span><\/li>\n
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements<\/span><\/li>\n
- Proficient in MS Office applications & Advance Excel knowledge, knowing macros would be added advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n
- MIS reports préparation on performance (Weekly and Monthly).<\/span><\/li>\n
- Quarterly reports and decks to be prepared and circulated to the Management, Board etc.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Preparation of consolidated budget based on the inputs received from all BUs. To analyse the inputs, consolidate all assumptions and drive to final closure.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Providing ad-hoc reports as requested by stakeholders from time-to-time to Management<\/span><\/li>\n
- Automating manual reports as required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n\n- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Should have strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP), IFRS, accounting standards and ability to keep himself\/herself abreast with latest taxation laws.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Experience of working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through patience, analytical and problem-solving capabilities<\/span><\/li>\n
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Strong work Ethics and Interpersonal skills for liaising with BU Heads, Reporting to management, etc<\/span><\/li>\n
- Creative thinking & execution for quick closure of activities.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Flair for learning and growth.<\/span><\/li>\n
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy<\/span><\/li>\n
- Deep understanding of BFSI processes (Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HR, Technology support).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
