style=\"margin: 0px\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">The Recruitment Specialist will perform and provide services <span>for delivering all facets of&nbsp;recruiting&nbsp;success throughout the organization., with a critical&nbsp;role&nbsp;in <\/span>attracting candidates<span>&nbsp;and matching them to temporary or permanent positions in the company, ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\"><u><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Recruitment Tasks<\/span><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Receives and validates job vacancy and requirements from requesting divisions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Collaborates with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for personnel. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Networks with colleagues for possible in-house referrals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Performs end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with the company&rsquo;s hiring policy and utilizing the company&rsquo;s hiring portal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Creates and publishes job ads in various portals and\/or social media platforms. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Screens CVs\/resumes in order to shortlist qualified applicants. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Schedules interviews (online\/onsite), and \/or technical exams of applicants. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Prepares accurate offer sheets and contracts with job descriptions, taking into account all approved employment details (hiring rate, benefits, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in\">\n<li style=\"color: black\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Performs background check of applicants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: black\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Follows up and coordinates with applicants throughout the hiring process.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: black\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Maintains a database of potential candidates for future job openings. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: black\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Ensures that contract details are updated in the company&rsquo;s HR portal (TalentPlace). <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Coordinates schedules and participates in orientation of new joiners.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Coordinates with Admin, IT and other concerned divisions regarding requirements of new joiners (assignment of workstation, computer, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Endorses new joiners to Team Leaders\/Managers of their divisions. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\"><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px\"><u><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Related\/Special\/Other tasks: <\/span><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Monitors contract expirations, drafts contract extensions, and submits the same for review by HR Specialist. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0in\">\n<li style=\"color: black\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Works with HR Manager to track hiring metrics (time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire). <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: black\"><span style=\",sans-serif;color: black\">Participate in job fairs and secures graduate lists to fill up databank for entry level positions in the company.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"color: black\">Performs special\/other tasks that may be assigned by the HR Manager or by the Sr. Manager for Corporate Support Services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-left: .5in\"><span style=\"color: black\">Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: .5in\"><span style=\"color: black\">Experience working in engineering consultancy is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: .5in\"><span style=\"color: black\">Knowledge in sourcing techniques and generation of leads.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: .5in\"><span style=\"color: black\">Hands-on experience in sourcing from legitimate job sites. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: .5in\"><span style=\"color: black\">Strong interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: .5in\"><span style=\"color: black\">Good written and verbal communications skills. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: .5in\"><span style=\"color: black\">Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: .5in\">Minimum 3 years of working experience specializing in mass recruitment and placement of senior roles including team leader, manager or senior
