With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Context<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0in\"><span style=\"color: black\">We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator \/ Contracts Engineer with strong commercial and contractual knowledge in construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in contract management, administration, and commercial coordination under FIDIC contracts.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in;text-align: justify\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Manage and administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in;text-align: justify\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contractual documents, subcontracts, and agreements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in;text-align: justify\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Handle day-to-day contract administration and contractual correspondence with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in;text-align: justify\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Prepare, review, submit, and follow up on IPCs for approval.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in;text-align: justify\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Monitor project cash flow and support commercial reporting activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in;text-align: justify\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Prepare and manage variation orders or change requests including drafting, review, submission, negotiation, and approvals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in;text-align: justify\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Handle EOT submissions, claims preparation, evaluation, and supporting documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in;text-align: justify\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Review contractual risks, conduct contract scrutiny, and ensure compliance with project requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in;text-align: justify\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Support commercial management activities including cost monitoring, claims management, and dispute resolution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin: 0in;text-align: justify\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Coordinate with project teams to ensure proper documentation and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering or Quantity Surveying.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Background:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contracts administration\/commercial management within construction or engineering projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">MRICS qualification is preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;font-weight: bold\"><strong><span style=\",sans-serif\">Proficiency in Spanish language is preferred.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in\"><span style=\",sans-serif\">Immediate Joiners Preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><!---text--> <\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\">Systra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.<\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SYSTRA is one of the world&#8217;s leading engineering and consultancy groups specialising in public transport and sustainable mobility.
