style=\"margin: 0px\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">The Financial Accountant is responsible for the preparation, validation and oversight of all statutory accounting &amp; reporting, and group reporting requirements for the SYSTRA ANZ Group.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<p><p style=\"margin: 0px\"><u><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Main Tasks: <\/span><\/u><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 7.5pt\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Statutory<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Assist with preparation of year end statutory accounts in all countries of operation and ensure it is compliant with SYSTRA ANZ rules and requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Liaison with external auditors and prepare work papers for year-end audit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 7.5pt\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Tax<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Support preparation and lodgment of all tax submissions in all countries of operation once approved by the FC.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Maintain adequate records to support tax return submissions including referencing of all supporting documentation and orderly electronic and paper filing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Record all tax related accounting entries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Identify and investigate all applicable changes in laws, regulations and standards and implement changes as required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 7.5pt\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Finance &amp; Accounting<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Lead the month end closing process including balance sheet, general ledger, reconciliations and P&amp;L review.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Prepare monthly accruals, prepayment and inter entities recharges entries with supporting calculations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Manage the monthly intercompany reconciliations and group submissions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Ensure Inter-co group tool is prepared monthly for month end (JEX Accordance)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Overheads review before monthly group submission. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Fixed asset management and depreciation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Prepare and enter monthly group reporting into group reporting Tool (SAP Magnitude) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Clear blocking controls and fill in detailed schedules in group reporting Tool (SAP Magnitude) <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Prepare monthly flat file for Branch financials to send to group<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Validate and reconcile monthly Branch P&amp;L with group and assist with preparation of monthly management performance reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Manage internal financial controls requirements of the SYSTRA ANZ Group.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Maintain IFRS16 leasing schedules and IFRS 15 revenue from contract with customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Support the preparation of the quarterly reforecast and annual budget.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Enter Reforecasts and Budget in group reporting tools (SAP Magnitude \/ JEX Accordance)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Assisting in the project financial preparation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Process improvement and automation. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Any ad-hoc duties and analysis as required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 7.5pt\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">General<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Participate in ad-hoc projects as required to support the CFO and business objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Assist the FC and coordinate the team for efficient statutory and group deliveries. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Develop strong relationships within SYSTRA ANZ and wider SYSTRA Group, external auditors, and other key internal and external stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and awareness of regulatory changes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-left: 36.55pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif\">Ensure compliance with all relevant financial, taxation, HSSE and HR related laws, rules and regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif;color: black\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif;color: black\">CA\/CPA equivalent qualification (Accounting certification or tertiary degree)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif;color: black\">10+ years of progressive experience in commercial business or finance shared services environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif;color: black\">Strong technical statutory, accounting and tax skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif;color: black\">Experience in Financial planning and reporting, international group reporting and consolidation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif;color: black\">Strong verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, adaptable<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;,sans-serif;color: black\">Analytical, problem solving, reactive to challenges<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span
