Reporting to the Facilities design Director within the Co-Development Phase of the ALTO programme, the building coordinator will provide support to the technical governance across their respective Facility of the Speed Rail (HSR) programme. The building coordinator is responsible for coordinating deliverables of different disciplines with internal and external stakeholders, reviewing multidisciplinary deliverables with the respective teams (architecture, structural, MEP, utilities, fire\/life safety, vertical transportation, civil interfaces, and rail systems integration), and scheduling statutory coordination meetings to meet the deliverables schedules.<\/p>\n
The building coordinator will provide support to interface management across disciplines and stakeholders. This role requires oversight of the technical scope and assisting multidisciplinary disciplines responding to authorities, clients, and key stakeholders’ comments.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
