The position of Chief Safety Expert (HSE) is the key position in these BIDs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Report to Team Leader<\/li>\n<li>Conducting periodic site visits and safety audits<\/li>\n<li>Reporting and reviewing accidents with categorization, cause, and mitigating measures to ensure zero accidents<\/li>\n<li>Develop a Project-wide strategic health and safety plan to enable the standardization of health and safety practices<\/li>\n<li>Shall review and validate contractors HSE programme and the third party authorized agencies engaged by the contractors<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all labor laws are strictly abided during the entire period of all contracts and interests of labour working at site are protected<\/li>\n<li>Implement a program to monitor and evaluate health and safety practices and performance<\/li>\n<li>Shall work with the Authority to determine an appropriate schedule to report on Project-wide performance on HSC<\/li>\n<li>Analyze the risks and vulnerabilities for health and safety in construction<\/li>\n<li>Develop the PQ and tender documents provisions for including health and safety requirements<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks that would be assigned by the Team Leader<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate in Civil\/Electrical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Shall have a minimum total experience of 20 years. Out of which minimum 07 years of experience shall be relevant to the present assignment.
