has-dusty-blue-color\">L\u2019objectif principal de cette \u00e9tude \u00e9tait d\u2019\u00e9laborer une estimation financi\u00e8re pour l\u2019\u00e9lectrification de la voie ferr\u00e9e du lien ferroviaire haute fr\u00e9quence propos\u00e9 entre Ottawa et Toronto.<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mandat de SYSTRA Canada comprenait la d\u00e9finition des crit\u00e8res de conception ainsi que l\u2019\u00e9laboration de plans de construction pour la mise en place de la cat\u00e9naire.\u00a0En outre, l\u2019\u00e9tude comprenait une estimation financi\u00e8re globale du projet de classe 3 avec une pr\u00e9cision de -20\/+30\u00a0%\u00a0et une estimation des co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a>Les services fournis par SYSTRA Canada \u00e9taient les suivants:<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9finition des crit\u00e8res de conception;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyse des diff\u00e9rentes options techniques afin de d\u00e9terminer la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019\u00e9lectrification ad\u00e9quate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9tude pr\u00e9liminaire du syst\u00e8me cat\u00e9naire et des sous-syst\u00e8mes associ\u00e9s;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Premier m\u00e9trage des quantit\u00e9s de mat\u00e9riaux et \u00e9quipements du syst\u00e8me ainsi que&nbsp;<a>des acquisitions fonci\u00e8res requises pour le projet<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9paration du profil en long du syst\u00e8me cat\u00e9naire et des plans type;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9laboration de plans de construction et du planning d\u2019installation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quatre sc\u00e9narios:\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9lectrification de la voie ferr\u00e9e lors de la phase de construction initiale;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9lectrification de la voie ferr\u00e9e apr\u00e8s la mise en service en mode di\u00e9sel;Construction d\u2019un syst\u00e8me cat\u00e9nare avec un gabarit minimal entre le rail et le fil de contact;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construction d\u2019un syst\u00e8me cat\u00e9naire avec un gabarit standard entre le rail et le fil de contact pour permettre la circulation de trains de marchandises lourds \u00e0 deux niveaux sur tout le corridor Ottawa-Toronto;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calcul de la consommation \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 l\u2019aide de simulations effectu\u00e9es selon les caract\u00e9ristiques et performances des mat\u00e9riels roulants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimation des co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation relatifs au syst\u00e8me d\u2019alimentation \u00e9lectrique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-slider-images\">\n            <h2 class=\"h2like\">Le
