L&#8217;ach\u00e8vement de ces op\u00e9rations au sol a permis de recueillir les donn\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires afin d\u2019effectuer l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie pr\u00e9liminaire de la voie principale, des voies d&#8217;\u00e9vitement et des passages d&#8217;eau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SYSTRA Canada a supervis\u00e9 et\/ou ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 toutes les t\u00e2ches d&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie de l&#8217;\u00e9tude ainsi que la gestion des multiples acteurs concern\u00e9s par le projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, SYSTRA Canada a accompagn\u00e9 le client (SFNQ) en interagissant en son nom avec les entit\u00e9s suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Plan Nord \u2013<\/strong> Pr\u00e9sentation du projet, du nombre d\u2019emplois et des revenus qu&#8217;il pourrait g\u00e9n\u00e9rer pour la province de Qu\u00e9bec.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs<\/strong> <strong>(MDDELCC) \u2013<\/strong> Pr\u00e9sentation des impacts de la circulation des trains circulant \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des r\u00e9serves aquatiques et calculs des \u00e9missions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Secr\u00e9tariat aux affaires autochtones \u2013<\/strong> Gestion des sujets relatifs \u00e0 la consultation des groupes des Premi\u00e8res Nations, \u00e0 savoir la Nation Innu Matimekush-Lac John ainsi que la nation Innu Takuaikan Uashat mak Mani-Utenam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>MERN \u2013<\/strong> Coordination de l\u2019obtention, en temps requis, des permis pour les enqu\u00eates g\u00e9otechniques, de d\u00e9forestation et d&#8217;arpentage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Port de Sept-\u00celes \u2013<\/strong> Identification et analyse des d\u00e9fis portuaires (terrains limit\u00e9s disponibles pour l&#8217;expansion, goulots d&#8217;\u00e9tranglement critiques pour le d\u00e9chargement des trains et le chargement des bateaux).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Industries\/Mines \u2013<\/strong> Int\u00e9gration des enjeux de la logistique des transports, des indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance et des prix qui rendraient le chemin de fer comp\u00e9titif<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chemins de fer \u2013<\/strong> Int\u00e9gration des calculs du tarif de rentabilit\u00e9 du transport de marchandises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les services effectu\u00e9s par SYSTRA Canada pendant l\u2019\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 ont inclus notamment les activit\u00e9s suivantes wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 pour l\u2019\u00e9lectrification de la voie reliant la fosse du Labrador et Pointe-Noire;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La gestion en mode Ing\u00e9nierie Approvisionnement Gestion de la Construction (IAGC) des op\u00e9rations d\u2019investigations de terrains le long du trac\u00e9 comprenant notamment : les services d\u2019arpentage et d\u2019investigation g\u00e9otechnique; les services de d\u00e9boisement; les services de transport en h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re; l\u2019\u00e9tude g\u00e9otechnique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La simulation des temps de cycles sur le trac\u00e9 optimis\u00e9 avec un logiciel reposant sur un syst\u00e8me de signalisation de cantons glissants;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan d\u2019op\u00e9ration et d\u2019entretien;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9termination de la capacit\u00e9 de transport maximale selon le plus<br>bas co\u00fbt en capital possible;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les pr\u00e9visions \u00e0 long terme du prix du fer et l\u2019\u00e9volution probable de la demande \u00e0 long terme sur les march\u00e9s;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La d\u00e9termination des volumes minimaux de coupe et remblai \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser dans le cadre du projet;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9valuation des: bassins de drainage le long du trac\u00e9;
