Planned to run along a 14-kilometre corridor through the urban core of the city, the Hamilton LRT will connect key destinations from McMaster University to Eastgate Square, strengthening east-west mobility across the municipality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once in service, the network will improve access to public transit for residents, strengthen intermodality with local and regional transportation networks, and support more sustainable urban development along the corridor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project will also support the long-term economic growth of the City of Hamilton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
