    Designed and implemented an enterprise-wide Competency Framework to map role expectations and support career development for the Project Managers working on the Metrolinx GO Expansion program. This framework also aligned L&D programming with performance reviews, development planning, and succession pipelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Rail Operations Readiness Curriculum<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Developed and delivered a customized curriculum for the Metrolinx GO Expansion program which highlighted the systematic transfer of assets for major transit projects. Included stakeholder consultation, role-specific learning journeys, simulations, and phased rollout across functional teams. This resulted in improved cross-departmental alignment and reduced operational friction during mobilization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
