We are proud to deliver Project Management Services to the Rail Land Development Authority (Indian Railways) for three major railway station projects: Mumbai, New Delhi, and Ahmedabad. Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle, ensuring comprehensive support throughout each stage of implementation.<\/p>\n

We are seeking applications for the position of Field Engineer (OHE) for Project “Redevelopment Project of Railway Station in Ahmedabad – RLDA.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Missions\/Main Duties<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Assisting Resident Engineer (System and MEPF) for Monitoring Supervision of OHE Works\/ Inspection of OHE Works with safety & Quality including safety during traffic.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Any other work assigned by Resident Engineer (System and MEPF).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure he has gone through Business Ethics and compliance training. <\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure he has gone through the Anti-Corruption training.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure he has gone through 3S training as per group’s policy<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Profile\/Skills<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Graduate Engineering (Mechanical \/Electrical)<\/li>\n
    • Minimum Overall 10 Years of Experience required. <\/span><\/li>\n
    • Minimum Experience in Similar Position should be 5 years<\/li>\n
    • Minimum Experience in Eligible Projects should be 7 Years<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.<\/li>\n
    • Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority<\/li>\n
    • Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
