We are seeking a senior systems engineer to serve as our Requirements Lead, owning the development and governance of the Requirements Management Plan across a complex rail\/transit infrastructure program. You will drive end\u2011to\u2011end requirements capture, allocation, traceability, and change control, ensuring alignment with the Project Agreement, applicable standards, and stakeholder needs while guiding multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.<\/p>\n

As the Requirements Lead, you will <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n<\/p>\n Education:<\/strong> Bachelor of Engineering or comparable technical degree<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Years of experience: <\/strong><\/span><\/span>10+ years of experience in requirements engineering for major rail, transit, or infrastructure projects.<\/span><\/p>\n Technical competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n SYSTRA Canada is committed to having a diverse and inclusive workforce.
