Brasil<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n           \n            \n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-dusty-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong><strong>A SYSTRA atuou nos servi\u00e7os de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto de engenharia, detalhamento executivo, servi\u00e7os t\u00e9cnicos especializados de apoio e acompanhamento t\u00e9cnico \u00e0s obras (ATO) dos Trechos Oeste (Lote 2) e Norte (Subtrecho 16) do Rodoanel M\u00e1rio Covas.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O DESAFIO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>O Rodoanel M\u00e1rio Covas consiste na implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de projeto rodovi\u00e1rio que circunda toda a Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana de S\u00e3o Paulo \u2013 RMSP, promovendo uma interliga\u00e7\u00e3o direta dos 10 corredores radiais estruturais que convergem para a metr\u00f3pole paulista, proveniente de diversos quadrantes do Pa\u00eds, atendendo tamb\u00e9m o interior do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo atrav\u00e9s das Rodovias Anhanguera, Bandeirantes, Castello Branco, Raposo Tavares, R\u00e9gis Bittencourt, Anchieta, Imigrantes, Ayrton Senna, Fern\u00e3o Dias e Dutra.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os principais objetivos de sua implanta\u00e7\u00e3o:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transformar a plataforma log\u00edstica de transportes de radial para anelar, possibilitando que as liga\u00e7\u00f5es de natureza rodovi\u00e1ria n\u00e3o necessitem mais atravessar as por\u00e7\u00f5es mais centrais da metr\u00f3pole paulista para atingir o seu destino final;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eliminar ou minimizar o tr\u00e1fego de passagem na cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo, para melhoria do tr\u00e2nsito de ve\u00edculos de transporte coletivo e individual, com a devida \u00eanfase ao desvio e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o do tr\u00e1fego de caminh\u00f5es;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribuir para que o acesso ao Porto de Santos seja provido de melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es de infraestrutura, com a possibilidade de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o de centros integrados log\u00edsticos junto aos trechos rodovi\u00e1rios;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribuir para a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo de viagem (ve\u00edculos de carga), possibilitando que esta redu\u00e7\u00e3o reflita em menores fretes para o transporte de mercadorias, devidamente associados a menores extens\u00f5es de congestionamentos, menor consumo de combust\u00edveis e menor emiss\u00e3o de poluentes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Com cerca de 177 km de extens\u00e3o total, o Rodoanel M\u00e1rio Covas \u00e9 subdividido em quatro trechos: Trecho Oeste (32 km), Trecho Sul (57 km), Trecho Leste (43,5 km) e Trecho Norte (44 km).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nossa-missao\">NOSSA MISS\u00c3O&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A SYSTRA atuou nos servi\u00e7os de elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto de engenharia, detalhamento executivo, servi\u00e7os t\u00e9cnicos especializados de apoio e acompanhamento t\u00e9cnico \u00e0s obras (ATO) dos Trechos Oeste (Lote 2) e Norte (Subtrecho 16) do Rodoanel M\u00e1rio Covas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nossa atua\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu desde a concep\u00e7\u00e3o das solu\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 o detalhamento das metodologias construtivas, passando pelo acompanhamento t\u00e9cnico permanente das obras, a fim de garantir a correta implanta\u00e7\u00e3o das solu\u00e7\u00f5es de projeto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em ambos os trechos, projetou-se uma rodovia classe 0, com 2 pistas com 3 ou 4 faixas de rolamento (mais acostamento) e velocidade de projeto de 100 km\/h, incluindo canteiro central e acessos controlados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No Trecho Norte, foi desenvolvido o projeto do Lote 6 de obra (Subtrecho 16), com extens\u00e3o de 11,96 km (munic\u00edpios de Aruj\u00e1 e Guarulhos), abrangendo a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de 38 obras de arte especiais, al\u00e9m de segmentos de cortes e aterros. J\u00e1 no Trecho Oeste, foi desenvolvido o projeto do Lote 2 de obra, com extens\u00e3o de 32 km, abrangendo a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de 38 obras de arte especiais e 3 t\u00faneis, al\u00e9m de segmentos de cortes e aterros.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O empreendimento, como um todo, teve como premissas em sua concep\u00e7\u00e3o minimizar os impactos sobre as \u00e1reas de Mata Atl\u00e2ntica remanescentes, assim como a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de interfer\u00eancias sobre \u00e1reas de urbaniza\u00e7\u00e3o consolidadas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diversos programas e a\u00e7\u00f5es para efeito de mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o e compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de impactos foram previstos e implementados, tais como: plantio compensat\u00f3rio de mudas e \u00e1rvores, travessias de fauna, reassentamento das fam\u00edlias removidas, etc.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto apresentou algumas particularidades e inova\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas e de seguran\u00e7a, como:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nos t\u00faneis, uso de concreto com tratamento espec\u00edfico para evitar ou minimizar a desagrega\u00e7\u00e3o, quando da ocorr\u00eancia de inc\u00eandios, aumentando a seguran\u00e7a para os usu\u00e1rios e para a estrutura do t\u00fanel;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ado\u00e7\u00e3o de pavimento de concreto nos t\u00faneis, por ser material n\u00e3o inflam\u00e1vel;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reaproveitamento de parte da rocha retirada das escava\u00e7\u00f5es dos t\u00faneis na forma de brita;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execu\u00e7\u00e3o de barreiras ac\u00fasticas em diversos trechos, para mitigar os impactos causados pela rodovia.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Os pontos abaixo podem ser citados como alguns dos maiores benef\u00edcios de sua implanta\u00e7\u00e3o, ao t\u00e9rmino das obras do Rodoanel M\u00e1rio Covas:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 6% a 8% da emiss\u00e3o de CO veicular na Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana de S\u00e3o Paulo;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos tempos de viagem de forma generalizada nas rodovias impactadas pela obra e redistribui\u00e7\u00e3o do tr\u00e1fego de passagem (sobretudo caminh\u00f5es);&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 23% do VDM (volume di\u00e1rio m\u00e9dio) de caminh\u00f5es na Marginal Tiet\u00ea.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O essencial do projeto<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A conclus\u00e3o do Rodoanel M\u00e1rio Covas impactar\u00e1 diretamente no transporte nacional de cargas de alto valor agregado, tornando principalmente o tr\u00e1fego de caminh\u00f5es mais eficiente (economia de tempo e combust\u00edveis) e melhorando de maneira significativa o transporte coletivo e individual dentro da Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana de S\u00e3o Paulo.
