At\u00e9 agora limitada a \u00f4nibus e trens urbanos, a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o desta tend\u00eancia aos trens convencionais \u00e9 uma forma promissora de servir ao crescimento sustent\u00e1vel. Mas seria assim t\u00e3o simples converter servi\u00e7os regionais ou intermunicipais em transporte sustent\u00e1vel? Qual \u00e9 o pre\u00e7o a pagar? E estes trens s\u00e3o realmente de emiss\u00e3o zero?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quais-inovacoes-para-trens-de-emissao-zero\">QUAIS INOVA\u00c7\u00d5ES PARA TRENS de EMISS\u00c3O ZERO?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m dos trens el\u00e9tricos, cuja opera\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 \u00e9 de emiss\u00e3o zero, muitas tecnologias t\u00eam sido exploradas para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de servi\u00e7os de passageiros como alternativa aos trens a diesel: outros combust\u00edveis, baterias, hidrog\u00eanio ou mesmo energia solar, al\u00e9m de combina\u00e7\u00f5es deles como trens &#8220;h\u00edbridos&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>energia solar<\/strong> pode ser rapidamente exclu\u00edda das solu\u00e7\u00f5es aut\u00f4nomas, pois a radia\u00e7\u00e3o solar na superf\u00edcie terrestre \u00e9 muito limitada para alimentar um trem para o servi\u00e7o regular de passageiros, e eventualmente operar \u00e0 noite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Combust\u00edveis alternativos<\/strong> como o <strong>g\u00e1s natural<\/strong> geralmente n\u00e3o se mostram eficientes para evitar emiss\u00f5es de gases de efeito estufa (GEE). Somente o BioG\u00e1s, quando depende de res\u00edduos agr\u00edcolas, \u00e9 uma op\u00e7\u00e3o interessante: apesar da sua combust\u00e3o emitir outras part\u00edculas al\u00e9m dos GEE e sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o em larga escala ser um desafio, transformar o metano em di\u00f3xido de carbono menos prejudicial faz dele um consumidor de GEE com um balan\u00e7o negativo!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Os <strong>trens a baterias<\/strong> s\u00e3o a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o mais pr\u00f3xima dos trens el\u00e9tricos cl\u00e1ssicos: o armazenamento de energia a bordo permite que os ve\u00edculos funcionem onde n\u00e3o h\u00e1 caten\u00e1ria. Ao mesmo tempo, essa tecnologia \u00e9 pautada nos mesmos princ\u00edpios de efici\u00eancia que v\u00eam sendo otimizados h\u00e1 d\u00e9cadas no campo da tra\u00e7\u00e3o ferrovi\u00e1ria, desde o contato roda-carril \u00e0 recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia. Como estes dispositivos funcionam em ciclos de trabalho est\u00e1veis, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias baterias extras para administrar os picos de energia que o ve\u00edculo necessita. Os trens a hidrog\u00eanio s\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m trens movidos a bateria, mas a autonomia n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o se o ve\u00edculo disp\u00f5e de um tanque de hidrog\u00eanio pressurizado a bordo. Como o hidrog\u00eanio para este uso n\u00e3o est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel diretamente no ambiente, os desafios para esta tecnologia se concentram na produ\u00e7\u00e3o do combust\u00edvel, com custos, energia e equil\u00edbrio de GEE em jogo. Existe ent\u00e3o uma melhor op\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quando a matriz de energia local torna estas solu\u00e7\u00f5es similares em termos de emiss\u00f5es, os <strong>par\u00e2metros de opera\u00e7\u00e3o dos trilhos<\/strong> ajudam a selecionar a melhor op\u00e7\u00e3o: Qual \u00e9 a dist\u00e2ncia entre as esta\u00e7\u00f5es? Qu\u00e3o r\u00e1pido os trens devem ser reabastecidos? Qu\u00e3o frequente \u00e9 o servi\u00e7o da rota? Estas s\u00e3o quest\u00f5es essenciais para uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida das solu\u00e7\u00f5es potenciais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamb\u00e9m deve-se considerar a <strong>possibilidade de contar com as frotas ou instala\u00e7\u00f5es existentes<\/strong> e ajust\u00e1-las \u00e0s necessidades t\u00e9cnicas para \u201cemiss\u00e3o zero&#8221;, como adaptar os motores de combust\u00e3o ao biog\u00e1s ou instalar baterias em trens h\u00edbridos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Considerando os investimentos, h\u00e1 obviamente um <strong>fator de escala<\/strong> do projeto a ser considerado. Cada uma das solu\u00e7\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis possui uma distribui\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria entre despesas de infraestrutura, material rodante e custos energ\u00e9ticos. Nesse sentido, a extens\u00e3o relativa da rede, o tamanho da frota ou as instala\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias s\u00e3o par\u00e2metros relacionados a servi\u00e7os que determinam tamb\u00e9m o potencial de cada alternativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o existe uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o universal, especialmente quando se consideram os servi\u00e7os de passageiros, que v\u00e3o desde os servi\u00e7os tur\u00edsticos e regionais at\u00e9 \u00e0s redes suburbanas de alta densidade. Os sistemas de caten\u00e1ria ou baterias a bordo j\u00e1 s\u00e3o amplamente aplicados, sendo os mais eficientes e econ\u00f4micos na maioria dos servi\u00e7os de trem el\u00e9trico, dadas as dist\u00e2ncias habituais entre esta\u00e7\u00f5es e a intensidade dos servi\u00e7os ferrovi\u00e1rios. O hidrog\u00eanio e o biog\u00e1s t\u00eam as suas vantagens, mas dependem do desenvolvimento da sua pr\u00f3pria matriz energ\u00e9tica e da exist\u00eancia de incentivos e oportunidades externas, quer atrav\u00e9s de parcerias locais ou pelo benef\u00edcio da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o em escala em parceria com outros setores de clientes.<a id=\"_msocom_1\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta variedade de solu\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m uma oportunidade do ponto de vista internacional. Ela torna a ind\u00fastria capaz de oferecer solu\u00e7\u00f5es redutoras de emiss\u00f5es adaptadas ao contexto local. Este j\u00e1 \u00e9 o caso dos \u00f4nibus em alguns pa\u00edses como a Fran\u00e7a: a SYSTRA participa de muitos destes projetos de mobilidade el\u00e9trica e apoia as autoridades locais antecipando mudan\u00e7as similares para o transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s <strong>baterias<\/strong>, h\u00e1 espa\u00e7o para uma r\u00e1pida melhoria nos pr\u00f3ximos anos. \u00c9 prov\u00e1vel que a ind\u00fastria automobil\u00edstica consiga aumentar a capacidade e a vida \u00fatil das baterias, diminuindo os custos, beneficiando assim tamb\u00e9m a ind\u00fastria ferrovi\u00e1ria&#8230; Olhar para alguns gigantes do petr\u00f3leo e g\u00e1s comprando fornecedores de baterias menores nos d\u00e1 uma pista sobre o potencial desta tend\u00eancia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A solu\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>biog\u00e1s<\/strong> \u00e9 frequentemente negligenciada por raz\u00f5es culturais e hist\u00f3ricas, com uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o em escala provavelmente limitada. Mas sua adequa\u00e7\u00e3o a algumas necessidades particulares pode permitir que iniciativas locais surjam para linhas ferrovi\u00e1rias com pouco tr\u00e1fego e para reduzir a pegada de carbono de solu\u00e7\u00f5es de f\u00e1cil implementa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O <strong>hidrog\u00eanio<\/strong> \u00e9 um tema em si mesmo. Apenas do ponto de vista da mobilidade, as solu\u00e7\u00f5es de hidrog\u00eanio t\u00eam dificuldade de se provar como melhor op\u00e7\u00e3o nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es atuais. Por\u00e9m, mais do que apenas um combust\u00edvel para o transporte, o hidrog\u00eanio deve ser visto como um meio de armazenamento para eletricidade sem carbono.
