The DTRS is a core communications capability for train operations across the Sydney Trains network and is an enabler for future applications that will deliver improved reliability and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As <a href=\"https:\/\/www.transport.nsw.gov.au\/projects\/current-projects\/digital-systems-program\">Sydney Trains<\/a> advances modern signalling and control systems, this partnership will address equipment obsolescence and support a shared longer-term vision to deliver more reliable services and enhance network productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:10%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:80%\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-bg-greendark is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to be working alongside Sydney Trains on the NextGen DTRS. The engagement will prioritise safety, reliability and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.systra.com\/australia\/newsroom\/interoperability-in-rail\/\">interoperability<\/a>, supported by local engineering
