The company employs more than 800 people and has offices in Australia, New\u202fZealand, Asia, the Middle East, and the United Kingdom. This strategic transaction marks a significant step in the development of SYSTRA in Australia and New Zealand<\/strong> and launches a new international offering dedicated to complex buildings.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, SYSTRA and BG&E will have more than 1,000 employees in Australia and New Zealand<\/strong>, further strengthening their position in one of the world\u2019s most dynamic infrastructure markets. With a comprehensive portfolio of multi-disciplinary engineering services covering the entire project lifecycle<\/strong>, SYSTRA and BG&E will be able to deliver high-quality, sustainable technical solutions<\/strong> to their clients, who will benefit from the best international practice and the continued backing of a global engineering leader. Furthermore, BG&E\u2019s presence in the United Kingdom, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates will enable SYSTRA Group to strengthen and expand its offering<\/strong> in these countries.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
