The position of Chief resident Engineer – Lifts & Escalators is the key position in these BIDs<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Specification Governance:<\/strong> Vetting technical standards for “Public Service” grade lifts\/escalators designed for 20+ hours of daily continuous operation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Site Leadership (CRE):<\/strong> Overseeing the physical installation of trusses, drive units, and guide rail alignments to ensure precise mechanical tolerances.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Safety Compliance:<\/strong> Ensuring all units meet global standards (EN 115 \/ EN 81<\/strong>) and local fire life safety norms (auto-homing\/emergency stops).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n System Integration:<\/strong> Coordinating power requirements with E&M and integrating units with the SCADA\/Station Management System<\/strong> for remote monitoring.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Testing & Commissioning:<\/strong> Directing full-load tests and leading the technical demonstrations required for CMRS<\/strong> safety certification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Lifecycle Management:<\/strong> Developing long-term maintenance strategies and implementing energy-saving technologies like VVVF drives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency.
