The Le Havre Area Authority has commissioned a SYSTRA–ATTICA–EXALTA consortium led by SYSTRA to carry out opportunity and feasibility studies for an urban transport scheme on dedicated guideway (TCSP). The opportunity study will include an analysis of travel, urban development issues and financial considerations. The feasibility study will have two elements: a long-term scenario study of guided urban transit networks and the feasibility study for the priority section.
The study was launched in January 2005 and will run until December 2005 ; it includes several provisional sections involving among other things providing assistance to the Project Management for complementary studies and the preparation and conduct of consultation procedures.
