Philippe Citroën succeeded Thierry Ossent as Managing Director of SYSTRA on September 18th, 2002.

46 year old, Philippe Citroën had been Director of Strategy of SNCF (French Railways) since 1999.
Previously, he was in charge of European and International Affairs successively with the Civilian Aviation Department in Paris, the French Mission to the European Union, and the French Ministry of Transport, before joining RATP (Paris Transport Authority) in 1993, first as Manager, International Affairs and then as Director of the Cabinet (Chief of Staff) of Chairman J.P. Bailly.
Philippe Citroën graduated from the French School of Public Administration (ENA) in 1982 and the Paris Institute of Political Studies in 1977. He has a Masters Degree in Public Law.
