SYSTRA S.A. is starting a feasibility study for the Vilnius LRT project.
The tasks entrusted to SYSTRA are :
- long term planning, to identify the main corridors expected, and demonstrate the pertinence of the project,
- technical, economic and financial feasibility study,
- study of the institutional background
