Civil engineering - tunnels & bridges
This SYSTRA department employs a team of 100 people, based at the company HQ.
Its objective is to build top quality tunnels & bridges, on budget and to deadline whilst taking account of environmental constraints and maintenance and safety requirements.
It has expertise in a number of fields from engineering structures to earthworks, tunnels and functional architecture. This department also employs a design bureau and engineers ready to work on medium or long-term assignments anywhere in the world.
Station and terminal architecture
The Stations, Terminals and Urban Department reporting to SYSTRA’s Engineering Division, produces full project management urban, architectural and technical studies from the design phase through to construction.
It employs 40 people (architects, urban planning, construction engineers) with specialist expertise in railway transport systems and structures.
Thanks to its multi-disciplinary nature, this engineering team can approach projects globally, from the insertion of a station into an urban context through to construction details.
