The Bulgarian Ministry of Transport awarded the contract for the reconstruction and electrification of the Plovdiv - Svilengrad rail link on the border between Greece and Turkey to a consortium composed of SYSTRA, Typsa, Trademco, Louis Berger and Rubicon Engineering.
The project is funded by the ISPA (Instrument for Structural Policies for Pre-accession) and the European Investment Bank and the contract is due to last 74 months.
