To develop jobs in financial management of projects, assist business leaders in the management of their projects and develop a talent pool of project leaders available to carry out projects in France and around the world.

• Implementation of Electronic Document Management (GED)
• Training business managers in project management
• Internal appraisal of project leaders
• Coaching for junior project managers
• External certification in project management and financial management (AFITEP)
