SYSTRA is the leader of the consortium in charge of the project management of the Sénart – Evry LRT link. The project will be jointly owned : on one hand by the STIF (Syndicat des Transports d’Ile-de-France), which has commissioned SYSTRA in partnership with ARCADIS and the architects DUBUS-RICHEZ to carry out preliminary studies, and prepare the outline principles and documents required for the Declaration of Public Utility (DPU) for the entire 18-kilometer link as well as the depot and workshop. The other owner is the Sénart new town Urban Planning Authority, which has commissioned the same consortium to manage the project (from pre-planning to final completion) for the construction of the 7km section from Lieusaint-Moissy station to the Fresne intersection at Saint-Pierre du Perray. The first phase of the contract is due to run for 36 months and the second phase for 24 months.
