Renewing the Bucharest tramway network (Romania)

SYSTRA and its partner, Metroul, are responsible for all assistance to the owner, from drafting of calls for tender to final guarantee, for the project to renew 21 km of tramway on slab, and all surrounding areas.

Rabat-Salé city tramway (Morocco)

As part of the Bouregreg valley development project, SYSTRA, at the head of a consortium, provided assistance to the owner for the construction of the Rabat – Salé tramway with traffic studies prior to the commissioning.

East-west rail corridor in Latvia

SYSTRA assisted the Latvian Railways (LDZ) with the financial management for the project to modernise signalling along the east-west corridor, linking Russia and Belarus to the Baltic coast, in accordance with the conditions of the International Federation of Consultant Engineers (FIDIC). The corridor carries 90% of Latvian goods traffic.

Marseilles public transport system (France)

Assistance to the owner with operations to modernise and extend line 68 of the tramway and to create two new axes (a total of 16.4 km of tramway line), and to extend line 1 of the metro by 2.5 km, creating 4 new stations, on-going since 2003.

GSM-R interoperable radio communications network (France)

Assistance to the owner, French Railways (RFF), for the financial management of the nationwide GSM-R network project, on-going since 2004.
